Havana cruise. NCL management must be stuck in the 80’s. They love lines. Lines when you don’t need lines, lines to get on the ship, lines to get off the ship and after waiting in a line for over an hour to walk off in Key West- they never collected the tickets and left everyone go at one time. Today in Havana they are back to lines once again.

Lines to getting on the ship?.. The shame is the crew are friendly and trained. The management is stuck on lines- muster drill- line up in rows and stay in line for over 30 minutes. Lines for check-in then their computer was down for 30 minutes.
