It was my 40th birthday celebration and wanted to take my daughter on a weekend getaway.

After a lot of research I chose this cruise for it seemed it had a good variety of activities for adults and children. One in particular was an awesome slide for the pool! Well we get there and the slide is closed for the entire duration of the trip! Extremely disappointing since my daughter was really excited and looking forward to this. I thought my room would be decorated for my birthday and when I booked I wasn’t told it would cost money to decorate. If I was told I would have spent the money. I specifically said we were there for my birthday. The ship did not have enough staff around to guide us to places if you got lost. I felt unsafe at some points. I called Carnival and told them about the experience and all they wanted to offer was a $25 credit for the next cruise. I said no thank you and you lost a customer.
