We chose this ship because it was cruising through the Panama Canal. First of all our time to embark was delayed by 2 hours. When we arrived at the port we sat in a large warehouse for over another 2 hours. The celebrity staff were not informing us of why everything was delayed and people were very upset. When we got on the ship our bathrooms were not working for the first night. Our bedroom steward was awesome and very friendly (Dennis - not sure of the spelling). Also Aries and the other wait staff were very friendly and our food was served in a timely manner.

The food at the buffet was sometimes cold. Our stateroom, which had a balcony, was good. The ship itself seemed older and needed updates.

Overall the staff seemed disorganized and I was not pleased with the overall ship itself. Read more
