We went on this cruise(our 12th with NCL) with our daughter and son in law. They booked a Haven aft facing balcony penthouse and we all stayed together with room to spare. They had their own room and we had a fold out couch for sleeping. This area also had a second bathroom which was a big help. We arrived at the dock and were on the ship in less than twenty minutes. This was our first time in the Haven and if you can afford it, it is the way to go. The help will do what ever it takes to make you happy. The butler for our room, Cipreano, made sure we had what ever we needed. There were snacks and fruit and vegetables and dips everyday. The balcony was the largest we have ever seen on a ship. There were two lounges, a table and four chairs and still room for eight people on sail away. When we got to Bermuda we took the free ferry to St. George(it is nice that it is free, but it took an hour and twenty minutes to get there. Once there we found a cab to take us to Turtle Beach and pick us up for fifteen dollars each way. VERY nice driver named Joe Kelly. He was friendly, informative and accommodating and even gave us a short tour on the way back to the ferry dock. The ship was clean, the help friendly and the food GREAT. The only negative things I can say about the cruise are, 1) trying to talk to help at the service desk is almost impossible with all the noise from activities in the atrium area.2) The fold out couch when folded out is only 6 inches off the floor which was a little awkward for two seventy something people(but we managed, somehow)
