We were on this cruise with a group of 80 friends. Getting on and off ship was very smooth. Front desk staff was awful. I was double charged for $7,400 for artwork. The Purser's staff told me they would remove at end of cruise. When I objected I was put into contact with the ship's finance manager. Her behavior was outrageous & grossly unprofessional. She told me she would not remove the charge for me to "call my bank & deal with it myself". When I explained that I was not the merchant & could not remove a charge she said that she was not going to "deal with me" and called me a "bully". Eventually she did contact my credit card & remove the charge. I also purchased a bottle of Johnny Walker Cruise Edition whiskey. What was delivered was a standard bottle of Johnny Walker that was $140 less than that I purchased. Also, Princess only operated 1 tender at a time in Santa Barbara, as a result we waited 1.5 hours in cold and rain for a tender back to the ship. I have been on 20 cruises and will NEVER cruise on Princess again.
