The glacier views and destinations were wonderful. The guest services was rude. Not much instruction for new cruisers. Have to figure most out on own due to rude assistance at the guest service desk. Paperwork never seemed to have enough instructions as to what was needed to complete. Our large group of 13 all had issues and questions concerning the paperwork. The cabin steward Renato was the best. The entertainers, Paul Wally the bingo announcer and the bingo girls were also great. The main staff very hard to deal with. Would most likely not cruise with Princess again. Very disappointed with first cruise ever. Did not match our expectations. The Best of Juneau excursion staff was wonderful. Very worth the money for this excursion. The Train excursion in Skagway had wonderful views. Had issues with the toilet from day one that maintenance did not get corrected for the entire cruise. Very frustrating.
