Booked the cruise on RCCL web site, then over the phone. Got the hump and had an enlarged balcony. Also perfect. We were with 14 people, and everyone enjoyed themselves to the max. The CD, Kirk, was great. There were no plumbing problems that I either saw or experienced, no funny smells. Embarkation was delayed as Customs took longer than usual as there were a lot of non US citizens. We were delayed about an hour, but once they started embarkation, it went quickly and smoothly. The food was pretty good, except for one piece of steak that I could not cut with a knife, or anything else. This was replaced right away. We pigged out for 10 days. Our waiter Joel and his assistant, Jennifer, were fantastic. "Excellent Choice?" every time we ordered anything. There were lots of things to do on the ship. Events going on all day long. We tendered in Cabo and Ixtapa, and docked at Mazatlan, Puerto Vajarta, Manzanillo. The entire crew was great, and no one we met was hared to deal with. The pool was closed the first evening and night, as a pump had failed, but the 2nd day, it was up and running. In the covered pool area, the smell of chlorine is strong, and burned our eyes. The BBQ poolside was great, also. My lounge chair was right next to the BBQ, and the smell was great. The ribs were the very best. They only did the afternoon BBQ once, and a Mexican buffet at pool side, in the rain, one of the evenings.

My daughter and her friends were dancing in the glass elevators in the centrum the whole time. In fact, all the kids with us had a great time. Ready to go again. Radiance is a great ship.

Cabin Review

Cabin 9076. Quiet, big balcony, plenty of storage for bags, very cold small frige. Bed very comfortable, shower gets real hot, but is small. No plumbing problems at all.
