We were very excited about snorkeling at CocoCay. We even purchased snorkeling gear. We were notified the evening before that we wouldn't go for safety reasons. DISAPPOINTMENT. AND IT WAS NOT COMPENSATED FOR. An added movie and the like. Not worth the money we paid for them to bring us to two ports and only get brought to one. It seems as though they could have brought us somewhere instead of cococay or done partial refunds or even partial credit for a future cruise. But NOTHING. No compensation even when we talked to guest services and called customer service after. Unimpressed. Crowded hot tubs and the hallways outside our room literally smelled like poop. Dining room service was good for the record. Everything was highly scheduled, adding too much stress to the day. The overall ship was too crowded for the capacity of people. The buffet area was overpacked. Even the art auction was overpacked. Husband was NOT a fan of the coffee. We decided to buy a Starbucks coffee package #takeallourmoneyRC. The elevators to get to the windjammer took FOREVER to get. Pizza tasted like low grade frozen pizza.
