Please do not take this cruise. My family went on this cruise and while there were some positive experiences with the destinations we visited, breakfast buffet and turndown service there were to many things negative. The customer service on the ship was just ridiculous, elevators became unusable due to there limited capacity and the shops overcrowdedness, the pools on the ship were small and packed without a shallow end. Everything costs extra, even a small little cone of gelato was several euros. Not a nice cruise, unless you get your room for a very reduced rate don’t waiste your time money or sanity. I made a formal complaint with MSC and they never replied. I also reported our dissatisfaction to Expedia and they too did not reply. The service rep who took care of our rooms twice a day was attentive and very thorough and for that I am thankful
