This was our 3rd cruise with Royal Caribbean, apart from the ship being large and modern the service and the staff wasn't what I expected, Our suite was very nice clean and well serviced. Most of the activity`s were pre booked or there was long queues for what was available. The bar service staff were rude slow and the billing method with the sea pass was like waiting for a person to switch on a computer the first time in their lives . The food on this cruise was also bland, limit in choice and the Windjammer was just dire, hard to find meat unless it was a burger. We tried Jamie's Italian on our final night which was nothing special, all the bars carried the same entertainment theme mainly American guitar bands, and only seemed to accommodate American guests. I have cruised with Freedom & Adventurer of the seas and found that the crews, food and entertainment on these ships was far superior. The shore excursions were badly organised for disembarkation everyone queued around stairwells and lifts, Universal studios we only got 5hrs there to visit as many attractions as we could, the Coco Cay Aquapark was a few inflatables in the sea and 1 inflatable small water slide not what I expected and the Nassau experience was basically a forced shopping trip no more. Not what we came to like about Royal Caribbean I agree with the theme of most reviews on here that R.C seemed to be getting maximum out of people and with poor service to boot in a word disappointed but would recommend having the suite package
