I was very disappointed with this ship. I have a frequent cruiser and this was my 1st time on RCL. My expectations were higher and they didn’t meet the requirements. I would expect the food and cleanliness out of Carnival being not so good. I’m not sure if it’s the ship that was choosen or the cruise line. I was not impressed at all. They have limited activities and they charge for things most Cruises lines don’t charge for like ironing. The presentation of the food in the windjammer was good. The taste was not good, very bland reminds me of cafeteria food. The bathrooms on the ship were not cleaned at all, both stall on the 9th deck had feces in the toilet. This ship to me needs to be updated. They make you pay $9.99 to eat at Johnny Rockets. The food was ok, but no tables were clean and they only had 2 other guest beside me and my husband. They cleaned out a spot for us, but they shouldn’t have the tables dirty if no one is even really there to dine. I can go on and on, but overall I have a bad experience.

Junior Suite

Cabin J3

Needs to be updated and the stateroom thermostat was broke and the carpet needed to be cleaned. The sink in the bathroom leaks water when used on the counter around. They had old stuff in the room from a previous guest left in the room.
