We booked this cruise several months ago at a Cruise Event in a local hotel. The MSC rep managed to get us a fantastic deal on a Yacht Club Cabin so we booked it there and then.
We have cruised several times on other lines, but the Yacht Club was amazing. We had a seperate check-in area. When we had completed the paperwork our butler Nadia personally escorted us to the ship which had a seperate gangway for the YC - however, my wife is in a wheelchair and there were a few steps onto the gangway so Nadia to us to where the lugguage was being loaded on via a ramp - she stopped the loading and escorted us up the ramp, through the bowels of the ship and back to the public area.
The cabin was amazing but the YC service was unbelievable. They even printed out a full copy of our UK newspaper and it arrived as a bound copy every morning. The YC facilities are brilliant with a seperate cocktail lounge, deck and pools and restaturant.

Superb with free minibar which was kept replenished
Lots of space for the wheelchair although we had to fold it to get it through the cabin door which was quite narrow - but not a major problem, We only brought it into the cabin at night to charge the batteries - the rest of the time we parked it up in the Yacht Club Reception
