  3. Enchantment of the Seas
We were first time cruisers looking forward to an adventure together. Ship information: Royal Caribbean - Enchantment of the Seas. Activities - Plenty to do on board, and a nice variety of excursions. Service – Superior. Port & shore excursions - While at Nassau, we went to the VIP Dolphin Excursion. It was amazing to be in the water with Goombay, the Dolphin. We swam holding his fins and were pushed through the Lagoon area by our extended leg, which was an amazing experience. The tour guides and trainers at Blue Lagoon did an excellent job. The Sunset Harbour Cruise - NSN4 that evening, however, was a big disappointment. The tour guide, Lori, walked so fast when leaving the pier she left me and my disabled wife completely behind. Lori didn’t look back once on the trek to the boat, the attendees were separated over several blocks. During the Sunset Harbour Cruise, emphasis was mainly on tips and selling the rum punch out of an igloo drink cooler. We were on our own to get back to our ship. Key West was also a very nice place to visit. We utilized the Conch train to explore and learn more about the area. We plan another trip to that area to explore a bit more. The time we were in port at Key West was a bit short.. Travel to embarkation port – The process of returning to the US was smooth. Cabin – Suite 8610. Our attendant, Jefferson provided us with flawless service and attention to detail. Dining - .Food and service in the Windjammer and My Fair Lady dining room was excellent. Both Igor and The provided superb service. Entertainment – Almost Elton John, Late Night Adult Comedy with Zoltan Kaszas and Can’t Stop the Rock were highly entertaining, superior performances. Disembarkation Leaving the ship was a little sad, the attention to detail was s enjoyable, but the process was smooth. Summary - Great trip, would definitely do it again. From beginning to end, Royal Caribbean - Enchantment of the Seas was a great experience. Had a suite-level state room with priority boarding and got right on with no issues. Cabin was clean and spacious and our steward, Jefferson, was very attentive. Great looking ship - had a lot of charm and style. Dining was great. Highly recommend. Entertainment was great and fun. Key West was great - although we felt we didn't get to spend enough time there. Great port and with a lot of time to explore. Royal Caribbean Service was excellent throughout, all staff were friendly and fun. I have nothing at all bad to say about this Cruise and will sail again with them. I will note that the “Sunset Harbour Cruise - NSN4” excursion was very disappointing.
