Cabin: Family Balcony Stateroom

We choose this cruise because it was a good vacation buy and an easy way to get to Europe. Our stateroom was very nice.t Was on the 12th floor and had a balcony. We did not think we would use the balcony as much we did. Our stateroom attendant was very attentive to our needs. The ship was going in for dry dock following our cruise and definitely needed it, as the carpeting and other things looked both frayed and dated. We enjoyed the crossing and the people we met. The service was very good. We ran into a problem one day when breakfast to over an hour. The Restaurant Manager made sure our service was always great, after that. We did shore excursions in every port, but Southampton. They were all as describe. We particularly enjoyed the Jurassic Coast hike in Portland. We loved Ireland and plan to go back there. We are Platinum and had the Dining package and ate in specialty restaurants 6 times. We particularly enjoyed Cagney's. We felt the entertainment was not as advertised, as they said the we would see Rock of Ages. The cast got off in New York City, which NCL had to know and was not replaced by another show.

Family Balcony Stateroom

Cabin B4

This was a lovely cabin. It was in a great location and I would choose it again.

Port Reviews

Cobh (Cork)

We took the walking tour of Cork. It was very informative and ended with a stop at a typical Irish pub.
