The Seaside is awesome. Yacht club service excels, great shows, dining in your own private dining room, own pool area, outstanding butler service, friendly crew which includes ship's officers who are always around. Captain Marco, Ziggy, our super star server, Arthur, Butler Vichnu, room steward Jay. This was our 6th MSC cruise; have been on Divina 5 times. Booked another 2 cruises on the Seaside for 2019. We have cruised NCL Haven and Yacht club surpasses them in all aspects. We no longer cruise Holland, Celebrity, Royal Carib, Princess. Just love MSC and all they have to offer. Ships are stunning, modern and reasonable priced. There is something for everyone - young or old. Zip was under service so didn't get t try it but I will the next cruise. Public areas are spacious and welcoming, crystal staircases are beyond beautiful. My husband said it was his best cruise yet. Ignore negative reviews and see for yourself.
