I went with with girlfriends, a lot whom have never experienced a cruise before,

I have only ever sailed with Royal Caribbean previously, but have loved every one ! So I spoke highly of cruising to them , unfortunately this wasn’t the case on the celebrity silhouette!!! Staff were moody, and actually rude on times , which I was in complete shock!!! The bar service was SHOCKING!! And the que’s were unbelievably LONG!!!! Forever waiting!! Entertainment was poor , inside cabin was nice , although I’m used to a balcony , so it was nighttime constantly I felt! I had heard the food is a notch above on celebrity ships in comparison to RC .. but again I disagree with that, I would say the same. On departure of the ship, I was told to go back in the ship to guest relations as my credit card had declined!!!!! LOUDLY!!! I was mortified! All my friends had gone ahead and was waiting on the minibus whilst I joined a wrap around waiting line, of which everyone seemed to have the same problem! No eye contact was given to me when I reached the desk , and no apology when my card successfully worked when I gave it to her again ! As I knew it would, humiliation for nothing! Unfortunately I will be sailing the west coast of the states with celebrity in September... it makes me scared to do so .. but my family and I have paid now .. so celebrity infinity here we come
