Where do I begin? Will make this as short as possible. This was our third TA with NCL within the last 2 years. As you can see how much we enjoy them but this one was below average. The ship itself is just okay. There is nothing special about her and the public places are to small. The ship is kept extremely clean as was our room by our excellent room steward Putu. Our balcony small but the room was fine. The food was average. The 3 times we did eat at the buffet it was your normal buffet food and taste. Service throughout the ship seemed lacking with a few staff standing out such as Aslin the waitress as Savor. As well as both the Hostess at Savor. The entertainment was not good. There was this lady I believe her name was Sherry and she preformed at the Fats Jazz and she was very good and entertaining to watch. The shops had nothing special to them. They should have had more things to sell than the crap they were trying to unload. Gym was basic but kept nice and clean. Outdoor activities were nice when open. Shore excursion were terrible. Whatever we wanted to book was sold out. Only reason we wanted to book was since we had the excursion credits and we did use them with 2 ports. They both were not the best experience. Very disorganized. Both times we waited a hour to get from the ship to the bus to start our tour. We will not pick the credits as a bonus again and will not book the tours with NCL. White hot party or Glow party was a flop. Not what it used to be before. As far as the entertainment on board goes there was non. One day they had a speaker one for a presentation on the The Statue of Liberty and he was boring. I could have done a better job. I really did not appreciate that they tried to upsell and gave us a infomercial on booking a future cruise at the Latitude members party. First time this has happened. We will not waste our time next time going to the event. There daily activities had more to do with selling things and gimmicks rather than anything else. Will we said NCL again, yes definitely. I think this was just a fluke.
