Good cruise

Ship is showing its age in places. Food is very good as are most of the staff. Would not pay full price for this ship. Embarkation on port days was awful due to insufficient and rude staff at security stations. Cruise director Patrick is not funny at all. Very few activities on board. Paper airplane contests. Same music repeated all day every day for the entire 8 night cruise. Lounge chairs around pool deck are quite old and many are very dirty. Chairs in the Oceanview Cafe at the back are worn out totally. Not a luxury look at all. Chris Hawks a singer on board was just amazing. The production shows were the best we have ever seen on any cruise. Hours go by with very little going on. Very personable captain who interacted with guests more than most. Some dining room meals were average and cold when served.
