We went from Memphis to New Orleans on the Mississippi River. WOW! We were very impressed with the ship and the service. They cater to your needs and with the ship only holding 150 passengers, they can REALLY cater to you. We felt coddled and well taken care of. The food was out of this world...picked up locally grown and produced goods at every stop. The excursions were included in the price for the most part and were interesting and relevant to the stops we made. A five star trip everyone should take! Our waitress knew our likes and dislikes after the second day and had the wine we liked waiting for us at dinner and our tea, coffee, soft drinks at our table as soon as we sat down. She made suggestions on items we could get when there was something on a plate she knew we wouldn’t/couldn’t eat. We are already planning our next River cruise with this company.
Always clean...and, shock!...the bathrooms and showers were normal size! The cabins are all balcony and when we walked in, we were shocked at the size. We were used to the tiny cabins on the big ships so we weren’t expecting all the space we had compared to the other liners.
Beautiful home and grounds. Lots of information spots and an excellent gift shop
Interesting city tour. Enjoyed watching them film the new Tom Hanks movie on the USS Kidd while we sat on our balcony and enjoyed drinks and hours dovours
Beautiful homes to see...not a lot there, but the tour guide made it interesting and fun.
Rich in history. Walking tours were great.
Can’t say enough about the tour of the Civil War sites we went to...amazing to see.
