Also in addition to my room leaking there were several other families on board who had same issue but not as bad as my situation. aND the adult serenity pool watch out! Oil spues from the engine and gets on your clothes bag in your drinks etc. and guest services said “that happens”

Horrible! We went on a cruise for my 30th with my 11 month old daughter, my 2year old son and my husband. Day 1, water was dripping outside my door. I told guest services and they said someone will repair it. (Nothing happened) day 2 my carpet got wet. (Informed them- and they acted surprised and said same thing.... and again NOThING happened) this went on for every day of the cruise MULTIPLE times a day every day of what should have been a relaxing cruise. (7 days) each day the water was worse. Each encounter with guest services they acted surprised by situation. By day 3 our ENTIRE carpet was wet, the hall and my cabin smelled of mildew and septic. As well as the lovely wet towel smell you get from the washer when you forget to switch it over to the dryer. They refused to give me a new cabin, they refused to fix the problem.
