The ship was nice. We have sailed on her Sister the Navigator and we love this class of ship. However the refit in areas wasn't so great. The entertainment was shockingly awful in the theater however the Ice show in Studio B was simply incredible! The cabin was fantastic I couldn't have asked for more and our steward was one of the nicest men you could ever wish to meet. The Dining was fantastic and we loved the freedom that we had on My Time Dining.

The activities were fantastic however the Kids Clubs were pitiful. The activates that were offed to the Teens was awful and I (A teenager using OPTIX) was sent to get lunch for one of the men who worked in Optix.

On other ships there is a royal babies and tots programme but that was not something that was available on The Explorer of the seas. We had to pay for a babysitter whilst my parents went out which was very expensive and not something we wanted to do.
