Food and service in Blu was fantastic! The staff were very friendly and a pleasure to be around. We looked forward to being with them for every breakfast and dinner. Cannot say enough good things about them.
We ate in the sushi restaurant one night and it was very disappointing. The waiter brought us a bottle of warm white wine, when asked for another he returned with a moscato instead of what we asked for. He described the gyoza dipping sauce as being olive oil as we know it is not. The nigiri sushi was just ok, the rolls looked better. Wish we had eaten in Blu that night also.
The entire ships’ staff was always smiling and friendly. We ate lunch in the buffet a couple of times and it was good, just too crowded.
Cabin was spacious with lots of storage space. The Stewart kept everything clean and was very accommodating to our wishes.
The imperial palace in Kyoto was a good stop. The gardens were beautiful.
Nice museum
