Started with having to get on ship late due to inspection. Once finally on the ship, we could not get into our room for 2 hours which meant we had to carry all our carry ons around with us while trying to figure out the ship. Customer service was mediocre at best and in most areas was very poor (waiters in the Windjammer rarely asked about getting us beverages and several times did not at all. Multiple unpleasant and rude bar tenders). Multiple issues with broken equipment (including our room refrigerator, several pop machines and at least half of the arcade games). Other than entertainment, we were highly dissatisfied. After having an amazing experience last year on the Magesty, this trip was very disappointing. I will not be recommending RC to others as I have in the past and am unsure if we will personally vacation with RC again in the future.
