This was a group cruise celebrating a friends 50th birthday. It was an exciting experience more so as it was my first time cruising. The have the friendliest staff as crew members and vet helpful too. They made me feel at home and always willing to go that extra mile. The discretionary effort displayed by the staff tells a lot about the company. The waiters in the Tides restaurant were the best just excellent. Michal (hope I got the spelling right) gave me a personal efficient service and from the second day of meeting me knew my name and called me by my name each night we had dinner in the Tides for the duration. He was just fabulous at his job and everyone on my table felt the same. Thank you Michal you made our cruise even more enjoyable. The whole of the staff in the Tides, Windjammer and Ruio our room attendant were just awesome. Thank you all as you made it a memorable vacation for us.
