We initially chose this cruise for the timing and for the port calls. In hindsight we were so blessed to have been on this particular ship as she is a dream of a ship with an extremely professional crew. We were so thrilled with the professionalism, friendliness, enthusiasm, and passion of the crew for delivering a high quality experience. From the hotel services staff to the dining staff we were always met with a smile, genial conversation, and an enthusiasm to make this the best possible experience for all members of my family. The balcony stateroom was large enough for three of us and it was so wonderful to be able to spend time out on the balcony enjoying the transit form port to port as well as viewing the ports once back onboard after a days excursion ashore. The musical entertainment was superb and the ships interior was simply breathtaking. We loved taking both the stairs as well as the elevators when going from floor to floor. And the food was so delicious, whether eating in the Windjammer, Tides, or Chops Grille. We can't wait for our next cruise vacation and would love to sail on the Jewel of the Seas again! It was so hard to depart on the last day!
