The ship wasn't even at full capacity and it was very crowded! Can't even imagine how awful this cruise ship would be at full capacity. Line ups after line ups for everything. Elevators were extremely slow, it was very difficult to find a table at the buffet places. There were more dirty tables, the staff didn't work fast enough to clear them or maybe there wasn't enough of them. Even with half of the restaurants being open. Which was really annoying cause seating was very limited and only half of the restaurant was open. We usually sat at tables with other people's dirty leftover dishes. As nice as the ship was it was very poorly laid out and getting around the ship was difficult cause of it. I don't recommend this ship if you have a stroller or some sort of walking device. Considering is a new ship the rooms look outdated. There are better ship out there. I wouldn't go back. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service as well, they look a long time to get back to you with answers and each person you asked had a different answer. Food was never hot.
