Chose the cruise because of the advertised dining, shows and club experience. Great experience boarding and unboarding which is not an added value. It was the in-between that was dissapointing. Steward was rude with smart comments thru out the cruise. Unsupervised kids misbehaving. Unable to attend shows and specialty dining because they were booked the entire cruise. Ship ran out of towels and wash rags. Liquor store closed on 3rd day of cruise with limited supply to purchase. Cruise experience did not cater to the minority crowd. We upgraded to a balcony room which made this cruise doable. The Norwegian Epic has been relocated to the Medeterian perhaps the standards are lower there. I must say The Carnival Experience on a much older / smaller ship was wonderful. Norwegian need to take note. Unsure if we will cruise Norwegian again. I can not recommend this cruise to anyone. Very dissappointed. Feel robbed and cheated!
