Itinerary was attractive, price was right, poor choice. Food very mediocre if even that. Shore excursion management terrible and ruined the cruise for us. 3 of 6 excursions bought never happened. Room service abysmal, never received 2 meals ordered, had to leave for shore excursions on empty stomachs Library pathetic, 90% empty shelves, most of limited books present were in non English. Game room with few games, parts missing. Decks of cards available for play less than 52. There were extra charges for so many things that other cruise lines supply gratis like lobster or better cuts of steak for dinner. Shopping limited, fewer stores available here then on most cruise ships. Carpeting in public areas stained in many places Many passengers were walking around drunk all day. Hard to ride the elevators without smelling liquor. Have been on a dozen cruises or more, this was the poorest of all.
