This ship is gorgeous. The crystal staircase is beautiful. There were great areas to relax and enjoy music. The shows were phenomenal and we loved that we could reserve the show rather than having to arrive an hour before and wait in line like some other ships.
We enjoyed the Thermal Spa every day and a massage and facial that was one of the best we've had. We had the Trio specialty dining and when I didn't find something in one of the prefix menus I wanted they allowed me to choose from the other restaurant menu. We did the water slides and zip lines...very fun. We loved the drink vouchers and hope they don't do away with those. Perfect number for us to enjoy without over drinking. All the staff were very friendly and I have never had better service.We did find the pool areas crowded and passengers rudely saving chairs. I don't blame the cruise line for rude and selfish passengers. I am beginning to dislike cruising because of selfish and rude/entitled passengers. It seems to be getting worse in the US.
Cabin Review
Fantastica Inside Stateroom
The cabin was clean and well appointed. I would recommend that they add conditioner to the shower toiletries. The bedside tables are on the small side and drawers would have been nice. We asked for items from the cabin steward for medical needs and also for bath robes and they were all waiting in our cabin the first evening. A closet rod had to be rehung and they completed the task without haste and actually hung our clothes that we had on hangers in the closet and because of our wait, we were given champagne and canapés. We also received a thank you for sailing plate of chocolate strawberries. The bed slept well and we had a choice of pillow types. We received ice every evening and turn down service was prompt.
