We went on our first RC cruise as an anniversary celebration. Huge disappointment. Food was terrible. Same food everyday that seemed like it was reheated from the day before. Employees seemed very unhappy. Even rude at times. Activities were disorganized. Ship had plumbing issues. Smelled like a sewer in our room even waking us up when the smell would get bad. The only positive was our room attendant and female employee in Johnny Rockets. Tried to email RC when we got home only to be told we should have spoken with guest services on the ship and that they couldn't help us. I wouldn't recommend ROYAL CARIBBEAN to anyone. Don't waste your money or your time. They only want your money. Also cruise employees don't seem to understand how to properly direct cruise passengers during disembarkation process. Rude in my opinion. I can understand now why employees may hate their jobs. This ship needs a re-do and new people that have mgmt/people experience. Great bosses = happy employees.
