Noisy, cabin underneath the Ocean View Restaurant, starts at 5 in the morning preparations, roof leaked, had to moved to another cabin for the night (lower deck inside cabin with no facilities) not at all happy, no compensation was forthcoming, had to complain to get any recognition that we were not happy about the situation. Room service was a joke, pot of tea was expected for an early morning start, we got 2 luke warm pots of water with unopened tea bags on a tray!! I boiled the water myself and made my own tea, no point in having room service at all. Good luck finding a comfortable sun bed, we never did, they were all reserved early morning till the sun went down, with no-one on them most of the time!!! wake up pool attendants, you need to remove belongings after 30 minutes or no reserving at all.!!
