Fourth cruise with Carnival and this one was the worst!!!

Employees are wonderful, no problem there. You only had stage shows on 5 nights. Not even one on the last night. Comedy show got so full there was no room to go see most of them. Should have been in the big theater. You gave us $50 spa card, which was really nice. However, when we went to use it, we were told they couldn't show us a price list and that we could only pick from 4 items. All but 1 were way over the $50. The gift card said it could be used for product, not just one of 4. Went to the spa day program and had to wait because room had been booked for square dancers. Then went to metabolism program and had to go to the spa as the room again had been booked. Went to see abracadabra and it was cancelled because it was booked again for square dancers. Our steward came and asked if we would like only 1 service a day/night. He said we could have both, but since he asked, we felt we better go with one service. The casino which we enjoy and have on our previous cruises with your line. We have always gotten gifts in our room, wine at the table, specialty meals on your ships and the others. Not this time. I went to the casino host, a young woman and asked if they had stopped this. She laughed and said no. Then I had to ask if we could get something comped and she did give the $20 for the steaks for both of us. But we felt she really didn't care. We always get extras on the other cruise lines too and at casinos we visit on land. The casino was also very dirty from ash trays and garbage between machines. You say you guarantee 110% that we would be happy on this cruise. This is the second time we invited our friends and they too were disappointed. Along with other people we all talked with that weren't happy either. While I realize the weather didn't help on the last two days of sailing and that's no one's fault. However, I would give you an 80% and will have to think long and hard before we use your cruise line again.

The meals weren't as we've had before. The steaks were not a good quality and the food was mediocre except for Guy's burgers. Our dining table was under an air conditioning vent. Our food was cold in minutes along with us. We complained to the head waiter and he offered to move us in the middle of the meal. Our seats were upstairs so we never did get to see the entertainment going on below.

We also filled our our review sent from the ship, contacted customer service and wrote a letter to the CEO......no response from anyone!!!

Our room was always clean and average as for room size. Our steward came and asked if we would like only 1 service a day/night. He said we could have both, but since he asked, we felt we better go with one service. We've never had that asked of us before.
