Repeat customer of RCCL. Decided to bring fiancé and daughter for their first cruise. Tried Canveral as departure port for first time. I am 40 year resident of Florida and its about two hours from Palm Beach Gardens where we live so no touring was involved. Focused on the ship and the "experience". Gold Crown and Anchor status did greatly speed up check in process.

Windjammer , Compass Café, and Sorrentos provided good food. The pool area was much noisier with loud music etc. than previous trips I've done. More like Carnival than the RCCL I have come to know over the years. My fiancé noted that effectively through the whole cruise it was "too active and loud". Elsewhere during the cruise around the ship, the "noise" levels were far more as expected.

The room was delightful and the staff especially friendly . Very attentive and courteous throughout the ship and whole trip.

Ocean View Stateroom

Cabin F3

Clean, well attended. Bit cramped with two adults and a teaan but not overly so...

Port Reviews

Nassau

Nassau cleaned up its act some... Actually enjoyable without feeling hustled. As I have spent loads of time there over the years we opted to self tour.
