Sail Date: Apr 2018
Cabin: Panoramic Ocean View Stateroom

Let's start by saying that I am a seasoned cruiser and have been on many voyages with different cruise lines and on different continents.

Chose this ship for the dates sailed and number of nights. Booked the cruise as a surprise for my husband's 50th birthday. Ordered room decorations, strawberries and champagne and a cake prior to departure. None was actually done. Disappointing!

Very tired and unkept ship. Staterooms dingy, bathroom mirrors old and peeling, rust on the outside decks makes you wonder if the ship will fall apart. Strong odor in the hallways. The carpets in the stateroom dirty and damp. Water pools in the shower and does not drain. Toilets don't flush properly. Balcony doors between adjoining cabins don't open. Chairs and couches in staterooms stained and grimy. Beds are worn out.
