Things we loved about the "Sky" 1. Cleanliness, very clean, plenty of hand sanitizer 2. As usual the friendliness of all the staff was above and beyond. 3. Room service was quick and accurate 4. The Cruise Director (Paul) was involved and had a very exciting itinerary. The audience participation shows were a blast. 5. The Piano Player Ariel was fantastic and we both loved his "Name that tunes" game while we were at sea.

Things we wished never happened 1. Bingo - what a sham! they have changed the rules for this timeless game and made it into a High margin profit center, I don't recommend anyone get involved with this, the payout $66.00 (if you win) could be less than what it cost you to play ($80.00). 2. Leaving the boat was chaotic at the Port of Miami, as soon as your out of NCL's hands you are tossed into a sea of clamoring tourists fighting for a Taxicab. We had to leave the scene of crazies and we luckily found our own Taxi.

Things we hope they improve! 1. My girlfriend is sad that her Ice cream cravings could not be satisfied. They could really improve this part of the Sky's freestyle dining. 2.
