After enjoying a wonderful cruise on the Queen Mary 2 in 2010 our special anniversary cruise on the QM2 was a huge disappointment and we wanted to get off 4 days into a 14 day cruise! We had more complaints about the cruise but the 3 major areas that Cunard need to address urgently are:
Food, Cleanliness, Attitude towards passengers
FOOD. This was really shocking especially in the King’s Court dining area where the majority of passengers will eat at some time.

Great position midships and very comfortable. Near but not too close to lifts, quiet even though vibration noise was loud in the corridor. excellent privacy on balcony although it's quite enclosed.
