I have cruised 5 times with Carnival and this was the most disappointing experience I have had. The reason I chose this cruise is because I wanted to see the Cayman Islands and always had a good time on Carnival Cruse Lines, but this was a big disappointment this time. We only saw our Steward once at the beginning of the cruise and never saw him again. Although, the rooms were kept cleaned. The entertainment was good. The food in the dining room was not that great and the waiters were not that friendly. The best food was on the Lido deck. The casino was very small and the machines were too tight for winnings. The most enjoyable times were when I got off the ship at Cayman Islands and Cozumel. In the future, I am going to try a different cruise line other than Carnival and compare the two.

Cabin was kept clean, but only saw our steward once during the entire cruise.
