I never give much merit to 'extreme' reviews and yet, I am unable to offer anything positive about this cruise.

The food was horrible. It was poor quality and poorly prepared. There was nothing fresh, crisp or flavorful. It was mainly processed, dry and salty. Everyone we talked to were complaining about the food. To avoid the food on the cruise, we ate as soon as we were off the ship and would eat right before we had to get back on the ship. The food was my number one complaint; absolutely horrible.

I was so disappointed. I've cruised on other cruise lines and was so excited to try Carnival. I purchased a Suite with a balcony, VIP service, drink package and WiFi. The WiFi did not work. The A/C leaked on our bed during the entire trip (I made guest services aware of the issue everyday). It took forever to get a drink at the bar (most alcoholic drinks were very weak).
