The crew on this ship lacks the friendliness and warmth we found on the Siloutte and Reflection. We are really disappointed with this transatlantic compared to others. Crew is detached not attentive to detail. Even Luminae staff lacks professionalism and attention to detail. Hope this is not a trend for Celebrity. Michael’s Club bartenders have no idea of what they are doing. Tables remain filled with dirty glasses, no one clears them away. They seem indifferent. Martini Bar usually my favorite is dull except for momentary encounters when they are doing their flight shows. They do not remember our drinks, dont listen to what was ask for and deliver the bill before the drink certainly leaving you not wanting to order another. This ship seems to allow cigar smoking which is really horrible. We went to Sunset Bar for sunset drinks and had to leave be because lf the stink. This ship needs to be taught by the John Paul’s, JW’s and Niazi’s of the woeld how to give customer service. What a let down this has been thus far. Only hope it improves. The best part of this trip in a suite has been our room attendant!!
