This cruise was our 3rd on the Oasis class ships and 6th Royal Caribbean. We booked a Royal Suite Star Class and booked cabin 1758. We received a Royal Genie. The Royal Genie contact starts 6 weeks prior requesting you to fill out a questionnaire to get information to assist them in providing you with a exceptional cruise that you will not forget. I can assure you of that as it definitely will. Then 4 weeks, then 2 weeks then days before you will receive a Royal Caribbean Loop messaging service. The only thing to know about this Loop servicing is that it is not a App! It is only for messaging as you do not receive any notification icon or sound alerting you to an incoming message. You would have to keep it open to see any incoming messages from your Royal Genie.

Every member of the ship treats you like royalty. When you are in this level of a Star class suite as on the Oasis there are only 11 cabins who receive a Royal Genie and there are 3 dedicated to this ship. 2 Royal Genies each get 4 cabins and 1 get 1 cabin. One thing I confirmed is that when Royal caribbean states Gratuities included it is not for the Royal Genie. A Genie gets about $22500 yearly salary from what I saw on their job application. Even tough they prefer not to accept a tip, I gave my Genie a generous tip as they definitely give you a Royal Class experience at every moment.

The get you into any restaurant, show, reserve places on the ship for you at anytime. There is never a cannot do that. You receive complimentary food and beverages, champagne every day to our cabin. All beverages in our cabin is stocked daily. Read more
