We wanted to give Princess another try since we use to sail with them many times. this was our 14th cruise with Princess. We have been on most of them. Theater seats and deck chairs were never available. There were no accommodations for disabled in the theater, or pool side. Passengers would put stuff on chairs no matter how many times they were told no reservation of theater or deck chairs, didn't matter, no chairs. The theater is small compare to same size ships. If there was an emergency and you were sitting in the first 25 rows you were going to die or someone wasn't going to make it. The aisles in theater were very small and so was spacing between rows.

These two ships have no lounge on front top of ship for entertainment purposes or just for the views. You could watch pulling into ports on the tv.

fell down three steps outside and needed a wheelchair and charged me 100 for the chair. We were told 6 pm for dinner but that seems to always change on Princess to 530 no matter what your reservation states.

Cabin BC

Cabin was on the small side. We couldn't open or close the bathroom doors unless we both pulled on it at the same time, why didn't the cabin steward notice this, we called maintenance on our own and they fixed it in five minutes. Accomodations made for disabled do not exist on this ship. The theater is the worse I have ever seen. You could not get a seat even if you entered 30 or 40 minutes before the show, every night. The theater accommodations for disabled do not exist. You could not get a chair anywhere outside. I can't believe the decks and theaters do not have enough seats to accommodate 3600 passengers. they told us our dinner time was 6 on all our paperwork but that was changed to 530. The buffet restaurant is the craziest design I have seen on any ship. You couldn't find the food and of course the food was always overcooked. I guess we will go back to Celebrity. Much better ships, service and food.
