Chose this as my first cruise and went with two children 11 and 12.
Embarking was a long slow process and then the fact I had paid all inclusive wasn’t on my card , so once I realised that it was a Visit to reception, where a very unfriendly woman asked for all my booking paperwork. Finally got it sorted and they reimbursed my money already spent on drinks- although by that time it felt it was all unwillingly.
The ship prided themselves on friendliness but I have to say we didn’t feel that at all.
Cabin was old and dark. The beds were the most uncomfortable I have ever slept (or not, as the springs were digging in) in.
Dining was extremely average, well below really - but I can’t comment about the top end restaurant as we didn’t try it.
Entertainment was ok, comedian was funny. Kids not impressed by any of it.
They didn’t take part in the kids club as they were just a bit too old.
I made use of the gym everyday. It was small and the rowing machine had not been maintained so couldn’t be used.
2 out of the 3 bikes worked. Did tell one of the gym supervisors but nothing changed. Otherwise it was acceptable and always clean.
Ports were easy and we made our own way to see sights at them - glad as the trips were very expensive.
I would not go again with Tui and I think it has put me off any more cruises.
Dark, very old fashioned. Small and paper thin walls
