We chose this cruise because my sister wanted one in April and she hadn't seen some of the ports I told her about. It was Cozumel, Mahogany Bay, and Belize. The overall cruise was great. We had a spa room for the first time--it wasn't what I expected, much smaller. The cruise director was different than the one 6 months earlier..I wasn't crazy about his style of entertainment as compared to the other one. The nightly entertainment in the Atrium was great. Food was awesome, though not many choices for dessert. Wait staff excellent.
Our room was another story. I don't know about the rest of the bathroom but our toilet was not cleaned until the 3rd day of the cruise. I took my showers in the spa. Our floor didn't get swept the entire week--we deliberately placed little pieces of paper and string on the floor to see if it was getting vacuumed and it wasn't. The beds were made and towels were brought daily. We had to ask for our spa robes, which supposedly come with the room. My husband complained of the bed feeling like it had a board running through the middle of it and he wasn't getting any sleep , and on the 4th day when couldn't take it any more he lifted up the mattress and found 3 large towels folded up and placed in the center of the box spring. When we told housekeeping they said it was placed there to keep the mattress from sagging. Six months ago when we cruised this ship we had some housekeeping issues too but nothing this bad.
I thought the cabil was too small for 3 people, and the balcony could only accommodate 2 chairs...very small
cleaned up nicely from the last time I was there...great place to shop
