Suspicions package at departure port caused boarding delay. Passengers were not adequately accomodated. Were dropped off quite a distance away and made to walk to the gate or left on shuttles for long periods, some with no air or water. This was very difficult for many of the elderly pasengers and families with small children.
After finally setting sail...things went smoothly. Beware...lot of nickle and diming. You will pay for everything and be charged a service charge for everything even poor service. Bar drinks seem to be lacking the normal alcohol content. I dont dare say ...watered down.
The service & the drinks get better the closer it gets to tip day. Finally... customer service desk was woefully under staffed, which resulted in long lines and unhappy passengers. Only 5 out of 9 terminals in use with 50 - 60 passengers waiting.
