Our first time on P&O, although we have cruised over 12 times in 10 years. Our UK friends highly recommended Britannia, and they we spot on. Service was impeccable. The cabin staff was the best we have encountered, and the wait staff was efficient and entertaining.

The meals were very good in all the restaurants, and the drinks were reasonably priced, unlike other lines who add a surcharge to each drink.

The entertainment was quite good, especially in the Limelight Club, which we visited on two occasions. A nice touch was the receipt from the dining room staff of a copy of all the menus on the cruise. We have only had this once before on another line, and that only after we requested them. The trivia and other activities were well organised and attended. There was always something to do, even on port days, which can be a problems on some lines.
