Just got back 3 days ago. It was my first cruise in 20 years. It was the first cruise for my wife and 2 children (ages 11 and 6). Full disclosure: We are huge Disney fans. We had been on 3 straight Disney World vacations leading up to this year. We decided to switch it up and try a cruise. We'll be going on the Dream again rather than Disney World for the next few years.

We absolutely loved it. NEARLY everything.

Dining: We loved having a set time and set restaurant to eat in every night. Personally, "flexibility" is over-rated. It usually just means you get stuck with whatever is available when are anyway. We love the rotational dining between the 3 included restaurants. We loved having the same servers at each location. They knew us by name, what we like to drink and how our kids like to be entertained. They did magic tricks, told jokes and gave us brain teasers to do while we waited. They were superb. The food was fantastic AND you could order as much as you wanted. Couldn't decide on which appetizer or dessert you wanted? They just brought them all. Not sure which entree on you wanted? Bring them both. The dining rooms were full "Disney'ed out" as well. Incredible looking. It was like being at the parks. Cabanas, the buffet, was good. I wouldn't call it great. It can get a little crowded for breakfast & lunch, but there is always room service and one of the restaurants too. And "crowded" really isn't that crowded.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Family Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah

Cabin 04D

Very big. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids. Plenty. Beds are super comfortable. 2 bath system is genius. Located almost exactly in the middle of the ship both horizontally and vertically means you are near everything and you feel the ship move the least when you hit rougher seas.
