I booked this cruise to celebrate a marriage and a birthday. I was never acknowledged as a travel agent and never got received my priority check in. This was all okay though it's the other things that let us down. 8 of 9 cabins had clients that were bit by something in the of rooms, my being one of them. A couple of my clients are now just healing from these bites! 16 of 20 persons became ill with fever, chills, vomiting etc. My daughter had the beverage package, (which is PRE-PAID) and because there wasn't a big open balance on her credit card they stopped her from getting drinks. NOW if she wanted to buy something in the gift shop that's different, but no way should her drinks be shut off. This also happened with my future son-in-law's room. I agree no where to sit at pools and many children in the adult pools. I have cruised with NCL before and gathered this group together to cruise on NCL because it was a nice cruise line. I am planning another cruise for next year and not sure it will be with NCL. For the amount paid close to $3000. per balcony room, with beverage and dinning package there is no specialty coffee's included nor any bottled water. Which Princess has that included. The special restaurant's were not as good as previous encounters. Kids running up and down halls, dining choices poor, food okay... The service personnel were fantastic considering the conditions the had. Too many people and not enough help.. If you offer open bar you need to have enough bar staff to serve, the lines were long and really no one walking around with drinks. So all this is not the STAFF they are great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cabin Review

Mid-Ship Balcony Stateroom

Cabin BB

The balcony rooms were not worth the money, balcony area was extremely small to the point you can't sit in a chair without your knees touching the glass. If two people were sitting out there whoever was near the door opening had to move each time the other person wanted to go inside. There also was a "musty" smell in the room and bathroom, my room steward took care of the issues, I didn't push as I didn't want to be moved away from my friends/clients. There was not very much room to put clothes, shoes etc. away, very small storage areas. The area between the bed and closet was so small that I had to walk sideways to use the closet and get into bed. Our room steward was the best on the planet he took very good care of us and attended to our every need, never wanting for anything. And we had 6 rooms all next to each other in a row.
