We chose this particular ship as we had sailed previously with Thompson on the Dream. We were not disappointed as all the staff from bar to cabin stewards were amazing. A few special mentions to Glenny, Kumar and Farid who looked after us in the madusa lounge. Also Candy our cabin steward was so lovely, nothing was too much trouble for him.

The food for breakfast and evening meal was really nice. The Orion restaurant was our favourite for evening meal could not fault the food at all presentation also excellent.

The only thing that was negative was the all inclusive drinks. When ordering a spirit with coke the post mix from the pump was flat so they then poured cola from a litre bottle which was left open! If we wanted a can of coke we were told we would have to upgrade to the "premium" drinks package! This was very disappointing as we had already paid extra for all our drinks to be included so my husband asked to speak to a manager. I have to say this was dealt with immediately and they saw our point of view so we were able to order a can of coke at no extra charge. Read more
