In over 50 cruises we have been on, this one ranks in the top two (the other one was the Solstice)!
The ship is beautiful and the right size - not as crowded as the Oasis class, and yet every bit as sophisticated and much more comfortable.
Embarkment was easy as always with Celebrity(hint: You're always better off boarding late to avoid long lines).
Beautiful, spacious cabin. Comes with a large couch and cocktail table. Excellent mattress. You can even get extra pillows if you ask.
Lots of storage space.
Cabin is very quiet.
Tourist trap that reeks of sewer. Got charged $9 for two tiny beers. Gave a 10 and got no change.
Lots of tour haws constantly pestering you.
Stay on the ship!!
Took the bus to Folkstone beach for snorkelling. Found it was a small patch of sand with a few local kids there. Too wavey for snorkelling.
Strolled around the large african market near the port. Interresting, but just anout the only thing to do there.
Great as always. They are still suffering from the hurrycane, but most shops are open. The umbrella and bucket of beer price has gone up, but you can negociate a bit.
Always enjoy this place.
