Upon arrival to port terminal had a bomb threat. Waited in Florida sun for nearly 5 hours with no water or protection from hot sun. We had our daughters family with us that included a 2 year grandson. There were many other families that had much younger children including babies. While not RC’s fault for bomb threat they could of done something to help out their customers during this situation. We heard nothing from RC. SAD VERY SAD!!!

Will say once on board the cruise was fairly enjoyable but the situation in port left a sour taste for everyone involved in having to wait with no assistance from RC. I really think if they truly cared for their customers they would of least assisted in getting the people water, shade and helped out many of the elderly, very young and physically and mentally challenged individuals that was waiting to sail with them.

The main dining room buffet was fantastic, wonderful food, great service and lovely to look out at ocean. The reserved time dining room however was disappointing as far as the cooks willingness to assist in special request. I asked for my steak rare and it was both times well-done. I asked for it to be cut into bite size pieces d/t a disability and both times refused even though assured wait staff I was fine with the possibility of it being a little cooler than normal d/t it being cut instead of whole.
